To start the H.R.L., open Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. There are two options:
Start in Single Player, then select Custom Game.
Start Local Area Network, and then select Create Game.
Then choose the H.R.L. map (Hero Rumble League v#.##) and then start the game.
